Aging is actually a voluntary process that we choose to participate in, not the inevitable march toward infirmity that the 3D world convinces us it is. The aging paradigm (like many other 3D/fearbased paradigms considered to be inevitable or "truth" in the current society) will not be in use on the Venus Hologram, the women's 7D home planet that we are now in the process of creating. This show will explain why aging exists in the first place, why we believe it is inevitable, how we are unwittingly participating in it, and how to opt out of the aging paradigm and erase its effects on our mindbody systems. Mandatory for all goddesses! :-)

Discover the New Anti-Aging Potion called Vivix from Shaklee. Resveratrol times Ten! One of the biggest mysteries in life is how to stop people from aging. Everyone ages because that's just the way it works. However, most people don't like the whole aging process. Their skin starts to get loose, their muscle starts to deteriorate, and many parts of the body seem to become less attractive. Since this is such a big issue companies have taken full advantage of it by throwing out many products that are supposed to help prevent the symptoms of aging. However, not many of them work. This article, though, will focus on one Anti-Aging product that does work, Resveratrol. Before using any Anti-Aging product people should know what it is and what it is supposed to do. This is to make sure that there isn't anything in it that people may be allergic to or anything like that. Well, Resveratrol is actually a natural product. It is made up of skins of various red fruits, grapes, peanuts, berries, herbs, red wine, and many other things. By looking at this list of ingredients people can easily figure out that this product is much more natural than other products that are supposed to prevent the symptoms of aging. Most Anti-Aging products seem to be more like a miracle product than an actual product that is proven scientifically. However, this isn't the case with Resveratrol. Resveratrol has ingredients in it that activates genes called sirtuins. Sirtuins are believed to actually reduce the cellular decay in the body and give cells more power in order to build themselves back up. It sounds really complicated, but all people have to know is that this product reduces the process of cellular decay, it reduces the death of cells, it controls any sort of abnormal growth in cells, and it helps with cell repair. Anti-aging is all over the news and the Internet. Admit it - you're curious. Whether you're already of an age at which you'd like to seem, appear, and, most importantly, feel younger, or whether you're just thinking ahead, most people wonder what this anti-aging stuff is all about. Can you really reverse aging? This week's guest says "Yes!" And she's living proof. Anti-aging isn't just about seeming to be more youthful. It's about being healthier, and living not only a longer life, but a better and longer life. Ellen Wood is the author of The Secret Method for Growing Younger, and, says Wood, "you too can learn how to reverse aging! It's a matter of taking control of the process, of making conscious choices and creating new habits." She has developed her own anti-aging program which she herself began following in 2004 and, she says, she has gained a clearer, sharper mind and stronger body, and has more vitality, stamina, flexibility, exuberance and energy than she had 30 years ago! You won't believe it when you learn how old she is (and the picture here is recent). This is a woman who truly knows the secrets to halting, and even reversing, aging! And she is going to answer YOUR questions about anti-aging!

ELDERCARE AND AGING: As we wrap up our series on Eldercare, we broaden the topic today to include adults of all ages and how we can all plan ahead to age successfully. Successful aging is far more than the absence of disease alone – it is physical, mental and emotional well being, financial security, productivity, independence, coping well with whatever life brings, being involved in activities, being engaged with meaningful supportive relationships, creative and spiritual express, and more. In this upbeat episode Bobbie takes a far range look at how you can plan for your own aging, or help your loved ones through their own aging process. In a nation where "active life expectancy" is on the increase (currently 79 and rising), we need to think about successful aging skills and support in ways we have not considered before.
